Tobi McGuigan

Managing Partner
As Managing Partner of A&M Home Builders, Tobi is dedicated to delivering quality, thoughtfully designed homes that provide lasting value for families throughout Northeast Florida.
A Clay County resident for more than 16 years, she is passionate about building homes and strengthening the community she proudly calls home. In 1998, Tobi founded Dream Finders Homes and helped grow the company into one of the region’s most successful homebuilders. Following its sale in 2013, she continued his work in the real estate and construction industries, partnering with local builders and investors to fund, rehabilitate, build, and sell more than 1,000 homes across Clay, Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau counties. Tobi is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Florida Certified General Contractor with more than 20 years of experience helping families achieve their homeownership goals.

Joshua Anderson

Managing Partner
As Managing Partner of A&M Home Builders, Josh is deeply dedicated to the housing industry and to delivering high-quality, affordable homes throughout Green Cove Springs.

Having called Clay County home for more than 25 years and proudly served in the U.S. Armed Forces for 22 years, he brings a unique blend of local insight and construction expertise to every project, ensuring each home is thoughtfully designed with the needs and goals of homeowners in mind.

Josh’s journey began in 1999 when he joined the U.S. Navy from his hometown of Reelsville, Indiana. During his 22 years of military service, he specialized in Quality Assurance for Naval Aviation, building a career centered on precision, safety, accountability, and leadership.

Having watched Green Cove Springs grow into the thriving, family-friendly community it is today, Josh is honored to help shape its future. He is committed to bringing the values that guided his military service, integrity, commitment, and excellence, into every home A&M Home Builders constructs.

John McGuigan

Superintendent

As a Superintendent at A&M Homebuilders, John guides homebuyers from the design stage through construction, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable building experience.

He has been working in construction since he was 16, getting his start in his family’s business before expanding his experience into commercial construction, where he helped build multifamily communities. Today, he brings that well-rounded background to every custom home, combining attention to detail, honest communication, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. John enjoys seeing homeowners’ ideas come to life and takes pride in turning each client’s vision into reality while upholding the quality and craftsmanship A&M Homebuilders is known for.

Dana Lewis

Broker Associate, Realtor®
A Northeast Florida native with deep roots in the communities she serves, Dana Lewis is a Broker Associate, Realtor®, and new construction specialist with nearly a decade of experience.

As Director of Growth and part owner of MAXREV in Downtown Palatka, Dana specializes in new construction, residential real estate, first-time homebuyers, and relocation. She is also a Military Relocation Specialist and Accredited Buyer’s Representative, known for her local expertise, clear communication, and customer-focused approach.
Dana’s relationship with A&M Home Builders began in 2020 when she introduced the builder to Putnam County after bringing a customer to tour a home in Green Cove Springs. Impressed by the quality, affordability, and genuine care of the A&M team, she began representing the builder’s new construction sales. Today, Dana serves as the Realtor® for A&M’s inventory homes and helps customers build on their own property, guiding them through floor plans, selections, finishes, and the entire process from consultation to closing. She remains a trusted point of contact even after closing, helping homeowners stay connected with the A&M team.
